Fresh from a mid-century estate in the Palm Springs. I obtained a great set of rare THOMAS GERMANY TC100 dinnerware -

It would not be wrong to think these dishes are just another industrial heavy-duty hotel-ware....and they are. However, when this design was introduced in 1959, the Museum of Modern Art in New York immediately purchased the set for their collection as a hallmark of modern design.

From the makers mark these were made between 1959 - 1977; I believe production was halted in 2006.
• (7) Cups 2-1/4" high x 3" diameter
(8) saucers 5" diameter.
They are in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. These were used and show lots of utensil marks particularly visible in the right light but also some darker marks as well. There is some variation to the intensity of the green from plate to plate. If you use these frequently they should work well with your existing service.
