Condition: Excellent estate plates - no chips, cracks, wear of the gold pattern, no scratches in the cobalt, 4 plates have no scratches in the white portion; the other 4 have just a few very light rub / scratches possibly from storage and handling. I had to hold them up to a light to notice them. No use noted in any of the plates.

For sale are 8 Classic Rose Rosenthal Luncheon Plates in the Frederick the Great pattern. Pattern is a cobalt blue 1 1/4" trim with gold on the edge and a band on the inner edge, and a gold floral scrolling pattern on the blue. The center is white. These estate plates are in excellent condition - no chips, flea bites, or scratches on the cobalt trim. Four plates with no scratches on the white portion and mint. The other 4 have the tiniest of scratches possibly from storage and handling and only noticeable when rotated under a light. There is no use noted. They measure 8 1/2" across. Salad plates in this pattern measure 7 3/4" so these plates are a little larger.
