    Description

    For sale is a malfunctioning Anker Power Expand 13-in-1 USB-C docking station. Please note this is being sold because
    it is not working properly.
    I have owned this dock for approximately 9 months, and it has served me well up until a few weeks ago. While using the dock normally, some sort of electrical fault occurred, and I heard a small "click". After that I have not been able to get the dock working. I am still not certain if the problem is with the power supply or the dock itself. All ports were working fine at the time, and the exterior is in great shape. Comes with the original box and power supply.
    If the power supply is at fault, all this dock would need is a new power supply from the manufacturer. Anker support told me they could order one for . Add this to the price I am selling for, and you would have a great dock for a very nice price.
    However, if the dock itself is bad, all you will get is parts. I have tried unsuccessfully to get Anker to honor their warranty; since I bought the dock (in brand new sealed condition) from a third-party.
    With that in mind, I believe I'm offering a fair price for a solid but not functional piece of equipment.  If you do not agree, feel free to make an offer, stating your reasons in the message.
