Here’s a Beautiful Antique Rosenthal Handled Plate with Hand Painted Chrysanthemums.  It measures approximately 12 and 3/8” across the handles and is signed and dated by the artist.  There’s a little sharp spot on the inner underside of one handle (see last picture) that I’m sure was done in the making.   Please consult the shipping calculator for shipping costs, Thanks
