    These units have the power button. You can leave your laptop closed and power it on/off with the button on the dock.
    A power supply (90W) is included.
    When you look at the power manager on your laptop it will display that this is not the original power supply and that you are not charging at the maximum rate. This is not true. I have tested these power supplies and they work perfectly and charge the unit with no issues.
