A cobalt blue ground with gold encrusted trims of children holding hands and frolicking. Rosenthal Germany mark to the underside dated to the mid 1960s.
The tea/dessert service includes:

-1 creamer
-1 lidded sugar bowl
-10 dessert plates
-10 cup and saucers
