Beautiful antique Rosenthal Selb Bavaria Empire gold Compote hand painted by the Stouffer Company.
Measures. Across the handles 12.25” with the bowl Having a diameter of 9.25” and an overall height of 4”.
Condition. Excellent with no chips no repairs or no crazing . The gold does have natural wear from being 100 yrs old.
This attractive compote is porcelain and the marks on the bottom include “Stouffer company hand painted” & Rosenthal Selb Bavaria (faint).
This compote is not common and most seen are floral painted where this example has an attractive classic rich look is antique gold.
