Windows: Right click desktop → Graphic setting → Display → Extended Desktop/Clone Display
Note:
Please ensure your laptop have full-featured USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 port before you purchase.
Your computer needs to be booted completely up before monitors will recognize a signal. Connect the product Type C interface to the computer for signal transmission. You have to go into your computer options for your display, and auto-detect/position before it can be properly used.
Do not hit the product with blunt instrument or gravity, throw the product from high altitude, and put the product in the humid, high temperature and other harsh environment.
The shape of the product is integrated with the bracket, and the bracket can be freely extended and retracted. Do not break the bracket by gravity.
Before connecting to this product, please make sure that your computer has set the display port signal correctly.
The input interface of this product is type-C, and it should be equipped with USB 3.1 version equipment. If it is USB 3.1 or below, there may be no video output.
It is normal to flflash the screen just after connecting to the product and communicating with each other. Normally, the screen will display normally after flflashing twice.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Why can't I extend three different screens to other monitors when I use my macbook (MST mode)?
a. Only Windows system laptops support MST mode.
b. For macOS system laptops, its non-mirrored mode can only support 3 duplicate (mirrored) external monitors due to system limitations.
c. Your host laptop screen may have a different image than the 3 external monitors.
2. Why does the HDMI port not work?
You need to check: (a) whether the laptop supports DP ALT (b) the HDMI cable (c) the connected cable (d) whether the laptop and monitor have sufficient power supply.
