Vintage Hutschenreuther German Porcelain Monarch Butterfly Figurine

Description

Offered for sale is a stunning and highly collectible Hutschenreuther
porcelain monarch butterfly figurine perched upon lavender and yellow flowers and leaves
.
The
figurine
features brown and crimson red painted wings outlined in black with white and blue accents
.
The
piece
is marked on
the
base with the
Hutschenreuther
trademark
and the artist's initials.  Overall the
figurine stands about 2" tall and 2 1/4" wide, and it is a first quality
piece.
The
overall condition of the piece is excellent.  It is very clean
with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
The
figurine has
wonderful colors and a high gloss
glaze
with
no
crazing.  There is standard light rubbing to the bottom and the remnants of a sticker.
